We are a well-established US-based support center seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents for the night shift. If you have experience in call center operations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you. 

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and courtesy. 

Provide information about company products, services, and policies. 

Transfer calls to the appropriate department as needed. 

Generate leads and assist in customer issue resolution. 

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals. 

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. 

Fluent in English with a good accent. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively. 

Adaptable to working the night shift (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
