We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager with expertise in social media marketing and cold calling. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies, leveraging various social media platforms to execute impactful campaigns, conducting outbound cold calls to prospective clients, leading and motivating a sales team, collaborating closely with marketing departments, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and ensuring strong client relationships are maintained. 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets. 

- Advanced proficiency in social media marketing strategies and platforms. 

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our products/services. 

- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring and motivating sales teams to success. 

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
