A Lovely U.S.Africa Army Command, CO family is seeking a professional, live-out Chef to prepare dinners in their home. Will cook for two principals on a regular basis and their two grown children when they visit. Family enjoys a variety of cuisines with an emphasis on Mediterranean coastal, Middle Eastern, Thai, Chinese and Mexican.

This “foodie” family appreciates clean, fresh and organic food that is full of flavor. Organic/Grain-Free/Gluten Free. Primarily a Paleo diet. One of the principals has a highly restrictive diet. Will plan menus, go grocery shopping, prepare dinner, serve family style meals at about 6pm, clean dishes, keep kitchen clean and refrigerator organized. Must have 3+ years of experience working in a private home, be Covid vaccinated, be comfortable with no scents (cologne/perfume/hair products) in the workplace, have a great attitude and able to work with others and cook all meals in the house. Must be flexible to travel about 10-20% of the year (private accommodations provided) and will need to have a valid passport. Typical schedule is Tues-Sat (Sun-Mon off) but must be flexible with days/hours when traveling with the family. Salary DOE, health insurance allowance, 401k and paid time off.
