• Total 10 years of experience
• More than 5 yrs of experience in Planning Process (Must)
• Budget Planning Process
• Capital Expenditure and Investment Planning Process
• Project Costing and Pricing Tool
• Workforce Planning process
• Revenue and Expense Management Process
• 5 or more yrs of experience in BPC – Business Planning and Consolidation (Prefer)
• 5 or more yrs of experience in SAP planning product (Prefer)
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Interviewing skills to conduct JAD/JAR sessions and Workshops
• Very good writing skills
• Should be able to look, analyze and decipher existing process and its related documents.
